The company's main aim is to preserve the traditional Greek taste creating high quality gourmet products using the best available raw materials from the Mediterranean market and the most modern production techniques. The continuous effort of the company is not to compromise quality for profit.

The aim of the company, under the statute is:

The operation of a plant, food processing and packaging in general and marketing in wholesales or retail. Specifically:

a) the production of salads  and its availability at catering and food markets directly or through agents

b) the production of all products intended for restaurants and food stores (eg, salads, pickles, seafood, etc.),

c) marketing related food consumed by shops catering etc.,  but not produced by the company.

d) Import and export of these products.

e) Participation in all kinds of businesses, organizations and cooperatives.

f) To undertake any business that promotes the purposes of the company.
