In 1998 the British Retail Agency (BRC) (British Retail Consortium)in order to meet the needs of industry, developed and introduced the BRC Food Technical Standard to be used for evaluation of the producers who produce on behalf of retailers.

Background: A Pitenis Bros SA certified with ISO for the first time in 2000.Since then it renews and enriches the certifications under any new certification standard required, to offer the public higher quality products! Today 2 more procedures are ongoing, for the standards, HALAL & KOSHER.
