Touloumiso is a traditional cheeethat origins from the mountainous area ok Kozani. It is produced from goat's milk with approximately the same way as feta cheese, except that in the last stage before that hardens, we let it sour. This cheese is included in probiotic products because it contains 16 * Lactic bacterias (prevailed the E.faecium, L.plantarum and L.brevis) which are considered probiotics.The 'touloumisio' is included in the range of dairy products by 'Elimeia' distributed by company "Gatas A.E." in Kozani and was awarded the "Bronze Taste Award".
